YS Sharmila makes her stand clear

For the first time ever, YS Sharmila participated in YSR Congress's Central Executive Council (CEC) meeting on Friday, making her stand clear that she will be playing more active role in the party from now. The CEC meeting was chaired by party's honorary president YS Viajayamma.
Instead of being on the dais along with her mother, Sharmila preferred to sit with other party activists and offered her suggestions when asked. Issues like party's strategy on how to intensify the ongoing United AP movement and how to counter Naidu's 'Atma Gourava Yatra' have been discussed.
Sharmila created an unbelievable record by covering a distance of 3,112 km in 230 days during her 'Maro Praja Prasthanam' yatra. She now took the Bus Yatra to fight for the Seemadhra people who were against the division of the state. Sharmila's active participation in the internal affairs would improve the prospects of YSR Congress in the next elections as the knowledge she gained during padayatra will come in handy. All the pre-poll surveys hint YSRC is already much ahead of other parties in the Seemandhra region and Sharmila's active role will only make things even better.
