Non-Bailable warrant on Rajamouli Father

Surprisingly from past one week non-baialble warrants were floating towards tollywood film celebs. Star heroines Anjali and Preety Zinta faced the heat of the arrest warrants and now one more noted celeb have gone through the same.
Nampally court had issued a non-bailable warrant on script writer Vijayendraprasad ;father of Ace director SS Rajamouli.Former TDP leader and Present YSRCP man Chengala venkata rao who earlier produced Samara Simha Reddy and Narasimhudu has filed a case on the popular writer.
Chengala says that he paid 41 Lakhs to Vijayendra Prasad for a script he intended to do with NTR, However, Vijayendra Prasad did not deliver it and Chengala made Narasimhudu with NTR with the story of another writer.When the writer did not deliver the story as promised, Venkata Rao lodged a complaint at Nampally police station.
However, both the parties later agreed to settle the issue without approaching the courts. Prasad reportedly agreed to pay Venkata Rao Rs 60 lakh including the interest money and handed him two cheques of Andhra Bank, each bearing a sum of Rs 30 lakh. Venkata Rao filed a petition in Yalamanchili court in April of 2011, when both the cheques bounced.
Now Chengala Venkat Rao filed cases of fraud and cheque bounce on Vijayendra Prasad which resulted in a Non Bailable Warrant on him.
