Kavuri takes a U-Turn again

Union minister Kavuri Sambasiva Rao seems to be quite fascinated with the U-turn. He often chooses this option every time when a Telangana issue is discussed extensively and pushes the people following his words regularly into confusion.
Earlier, Kavuri claimed that he would abide by the decision of High Command on the Telangana issue. Now, he demands Hyderabad should be made an Union Territory or a Separate State, along with separate capitals to both Seemandhra and Telangana. He also stated he wouldn't hesitate to resign if injustice was done to one region for favoring the other.
Kavuri reiterated that Hyderabad belongs to all the three regions as everyone has contributed for its development over the years. He expressed the feeling of High Command recognizing the seriousness of the Samaikyandhra movement and hopeful of a positive decision very soon.
