Golden Days for IT Professionals soon

Corporate companies are looking forward to hire more IT Professionals in the coming years. National Association for Software and Service Companies (Nasscom) survey says the companies are hiring not just for the 2013-14 period, but for 2015-16.
Importance for just-in hiring has grown tremendously and the demand for conventional campus hiring has slowed down. Nasscom HR Survey 2013 states percentage of campus hiring would be around 39 percent and the just-in hiring would be close to 57 percent.
Nasscom believes around 1.32 million engineering graduates are going to come out in 2013. It is going to select the right candidates from 500 top colleges across the country.
In 2012, Leading IT Firms have recruited nearly 80,000 candidates. By March this year, Indian IT Industry has as many as 3 million employees. With a growth of 15 percent every year, The current $ 16 billion IT market in India will be growing to $50 billion by 2020.
