What made Sonia announce Telangana?

What are the aspects that made Sonia Gandhi to announce decision in favor of Telangana all of a sudden? Here are the opinions of political analystsÂ…!
1) Congress High Command has offered cabinet berths to Samaikyandhra supporters like Kavuri, Chiru and 7 others to shut their mouths. In 2009, Congress failed to take such measure and they paid the price. Now, it has implemented the plan perfectly.
2) During the time when consensus on Telangana are happening, Panchayat Polls have been held in AP. In these elections, TRS performed so badly. While Congress leads the tally with 4342, Telugu Desam is next behind it with 4275. Congress leadership believed a favorable decision on Telangana would improve their chances in 2014 polls.
3) Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and other Seemandhra ministers opposed the bifurcation initially. Sonia believed that pacify Seemandhra leaders is much easier than Telangana activists. She then assured to Andhra and Rayalseema leaders that they willn't be let down.
4) KCR's open statement of TRS will be merged with Congress if Telangana is announced also played a key role.
