Who will be Telangana's First CM?

As the process of Telangana state formation will end in four to five months, the talk about who will be Telangana's First CM gained prominence. As Congress will be still in power by then, it has to be a ruling party leader to take the charge.
Based on KCR's announcement of the merger plans of TRS with Congress were still on, Political analysts have been predicting that the merger process will be completed before or at the time of Telangana formation.
KCR has already declared first chief minister of Telangana will be a Dalit. In that case, the present Deputy CM Damodar Rajanarasimha who is a dalit might be made the First CM of Telangana. Even KCR will have no objection for it if Congress leadership thinks the same way.
