Anushka gets into the shoes of Rudramadevi

Anushka's historical flick Rudramadevi commenced its regular shooting on Saturday at the specially erected Warangal fort in Hyderabad under the supervision of art director Thota Tharani.
Currently, the unit is filming the scenes of the lead actor Anushka who got into the shoes of prominent Kakatiya ruler Rudramadevi. The film is being made in 3D. The shooting will be wrapped up by December this year and the film would hit the screens in Summer 2014.
Director Gunasekhar is directing and producing this Rs 40 crore bi-lingual project. Music is by Ilayaraja and Costumes by Neeta Lulla.
Rana Daggubati will be seen as Rudrama Devi's husband Chalakya Veerabadrudu. Nathalia Kaur as Princess Annambika, Hamsa Nandini as Princess Madanika, Aditi Chengappa as rincess Ganapamba will sizzle on screen. Prakash Raj as Siva Devayya and Baba Sehgal as Nagadevudu will be appear in pivotal roles.
