Jagans case: HM Sabita in trouble!
X
In a shocking development, the CBI on Monday named Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy as accused number four in the fifth chargesheet filed in the disproportionate assets case of YS Jaganmohan Reddy.

The fifth chargesheet which consists of 62 pages and 53 documents is prepared after examining 46 witnesses. Totally, the accused count reached 13 now including YS Jagan; Vijay Sai Reddy; Dalmia Cements MD Puneet; Home Minister Sabita Indra Reddy; IAS officer Srilaxmi; Former mines director VD Rajagopal; Officials of Raghuram Cements, Ishwar Cements and Dalmia Cements.

Sabita is the third minister of Kiran Kumar Reddy cabinet to be named in the chargesheet filed by CBI. The other two were former excise minister Mopidevi Venkatramana who is in Chanchalguda Jail since May last year and Revenue Minister Dharmana Prasad Rao who submitted his resignation but that wasn't accepted by CM Kiran.

Notably, Sabita is the first woman Home Minister of AP. The CBI named her in the chargesheet because of the irregularities that took place when she was mines minister.

Political observers say, Sabita Indra Reddy will resign to her ministry any time soon.
