Controversial halt of Karthi's Biryani

Biryani starring Tamil hero Karthi has been shooting at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad for some days. During this Hyderabad schedule, the unit got into dispute with the local fighters due to which the shooting has come to a standstill.
With this controversial dispute, the Biriyani' unit had to cancel the Hyderabad schedule and go back to Chennai. Following the disturbance in Hyderabad schedule, a new shooting schedule is planned in Chennai. This flick is being directed by Venkat Prabhu.
Sexy seductress Hansika is doing the female lead. Director Venkat Prabhu boasts that
Biryani is for both veggie and non-vegetarians. Venkat Prabhu has earlier directed Ajith starrer Gambler (Mankatha in tamil). Yuvan Shankar Raja scored the music. K E Gnanavi Raja is producing under Studio Green Banner. Santhanam, Premgi Amaren and Mandy Tahkar are also playing important roles in the movie.
