Candle-light Rally was supposed to happen at RK Beach from 6 PM on Thursday. However, Cops didn't allow that from happening citing law & order issue. Jagan might address the media after landing in Hyderabad.

Cops stopped Jagan soon after he landed at the Vizag Airport. In protest, Yuva Neta sat down on the run way itself. Party leaders Vijay Sai Reddy, YV Subba Reddy and Ambati Rambabu accompanied Jagan. YCP Leaders and activists had raised slogan protesting the police action. Restrictions were imposed by the cops in 1 km radius around the Visakha airport.

Tension prevailed in the surroundings of Vizag's RK Beach as Police Department has imposed restrictions by using Section 144. Cops have blocked all the routes leading to the RK Beach and protestors were stopped from reaching the venue of Silent Protest.
In view of the Silent Protest, Police Department has imposed 144 Sections in all the 28 Police Station limits in Visakha.
