AP CM Chandrababu Naidu declared Amaravati will be a happy and most livable city in the World. He told utmost importance would be given to the happiness of the people living in the capital city. '30% of the land would be covered with water and greenery. Affordable housing and 100 percent wifi is guaranteed. Eco-friendly Public Transport is being preferred - Electric Vehicles & Vehicles run with clean fuel will be used. No more over-head wires and mobile towers,' he told.
Leading Global Consultants from Singapore, Japan, US, UK and Netherlands have been hired by AP Government for the proposed World-class City.
Japanese Architecture Firm, Makki and Associates, will design Iconic Towers. Netherlands-based Arcadis would design Blue Infrastructure in & around Amaravati. HC Patel which developed Sabarmati river front will work on Green Plan.
High Court modeled after Buddhist-Stupa will be recognition to roots of Amaravati.
