Why Did TDP MLA Slap Kapu Man?

AP Government whip Chintamaneni Prabhakar has allegedly manhandled a person belonging to the Kapu Community at Hanuman Junction over a torn poster of CM Chandrababu Naidu on an RTC Bus.
Chintamaneni Prabhakar saw a poster on the bus in which the face of Chief Minister was ripped off while passing by Hanuman Junction. Immediately, The Denduluru TDP Legislator questioned the Bus Driver why didn't he take care of it. Then, A Passer-by questioned the MLA what can a Driver do about it. That's enough for Chintamaneni to slap the common man.
Tension prevailed as the Locals gathered and raised slogans against Chintamaneni Prabhakar. They demanded action against the Ruling Party MLA for behaving in such manner. Few Kapu Leaders have even demanded the arrest of the Lawmaker for taking law into his hands though there is nothing wrong in the question raised by the passer-by.
Locals commented, Chintamaneni should have shown his loyalty to Party President in an another route.
