It's Mission MRPs In Multiplexes For Akun Now!

IPS officer Akun Sabharwal name needs no introduction to the Telugu people. As he handled the Tollywood drugs scandal as the chief of Speical Investigation Team(SIT), he got a powerful cop image. Coming to the present, he shifted his focus on to the Multiplexes now.

He started sudden raids on popular multiplexes in Hyderabad city on Sunday and his team booked more than 100 cases on the food courts as they were selling food items and packaged water bottles at sky-high prices.. much higher than the MRPs. It is a common experience for the movie lovers across the city that they have to shell out additional money on the items they are buying in the multiplex theaters. This news came as a respite for them.

We do not know how many days multiplexes will follow the rules in a strict manner and sell the items on MRPs but Akun's mission has once again grabbed the attention of the media.
