Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy reiterated that the residence of TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu in the Capital when he served as the CM of AP is an illegal construction. 'The case is in pending in the court. Naidu will have to vacate soon after the verdict was delivered,' he said.
After losing power, Chandrababu Naidu appealed the YCP Government to recognise building in Lingamaneni Estate as his official residence and Praja Vedika as his office. However, State Government questioned how could Naidu ask it to recognise an illegal construction as his official residence. In that way, YCP Government turned down the first request placed by Chandrababu Naidu. What could be the next move of the TDP Supremo? Will he be operating from some other location in the AP Capital or fight legally to obtain what he wanted?
Constructions on the riverbed come under violation of the environment norms. Inspite of the allegations of illegal construction, Chandrababu Naidu continued to use the structure built on the Krishna riverbed as his official residence while serving as CM. He, however, mayn't be able to continue doing so after losing power.
