Amit Shah's Wife Income Increased 16 Fold In 5 Years

In his nomination papers for the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha Constituency, BJP National President Amit Shah declared his wife Sonal Shah's annual income went up to Rs 2.3 crore in 2017-18 from Rs 14 lakh in 2013-14. That's a 16-fold increase! Will it be possible if NDA wasn't in power in the past 5 years?
Sonal Shah's income was Rs 39.75 lakh in 2014-15. In the next year, It surpassed one crore mark. Within two years, Annual Income grew to over two crore.
Amit Shah have assets worth Rs 31 crore. While Rs 23 crore out of them were inherited from his Mother Kusum Shah in 2013.
In 2013-14 financial year, Amit Shah's income was Rs 41.93 lakh. And for 2017-18, The annual income has gone up to Rs 53.90 lakh.
Shah informed four criminal cases were pending against him. This include inciting inflammatory oration, defamatory speech and wearing footwear while hoisting the national flag.
