TDP Government finalized Tower Design for AP Assembly & placed it on the public domain for collecting feedback from the people. Much to the shock of the Ruling Party, Netizens have drawn comparisons between AP Assembly design and Idli Vessel.
When his Colleagues brought this to his notice during the recent Cabinet Meeting, CM Chandrababu Naidu breathed fire on the negative campaign on Social Media. 'This design has been picked up from over 100 designs provided by the best Architects. They should have told it much earlier had if they had the feeling that it looks like Idli Vessel or Cooker. It's not right to make such demeaning comments. I have no doubt that the iconic structures in Amaravati will become world famous,' he exudes confidence.
Chief Minister asked Cabinet Ministers to prefer alternative methods to keep a check on the negative campaign. He suggested release of pictures by zooming the tower design from another angle, so that people will have a better view of the proposed new Assembly.
