AP to have 28 Districts by Sankranthi?

Telangana Government has successfully implemented delimitation of Districts for better governance. Now, The Government of AP is getting ready for a similar exercise.
Proposal to increase the 13 Districts to 28 has been under consideration. Already, CM Chandrababu Naidu directed the concerned officials to conduct necessary work for carrying out delimitation of districts in a smooth manner. A notification is likely to be issued by Sankranthi season.
A WhatsApp Message over the delimitation of AP Districts has gone viral. In that message, It's been reported that there will be 27 Districts in AP soon.
27 AP Districts:
Srikakulam District - Palakonda
Vizianagaram District - Parvathipuram
East Godavari - Kakinada & Amarapulam
West Godavari - Eluru
Krishna District - Gudiwada & Machilipatnam
Guntur - Ponnuru & Narsaraopet
Prakasam - Kandukuru
Kadapa - Pulivendula
Chittoor - Tirupati
Kurnool - Nandyal
Whereas, Possibility of both Gudiwada and Machilipatnam becoming Districts in Krishna looks bleak. There is talk about Amaravati district as well. In addition, There is no talk about the new District in Anantapur, Vizag and Nellore in the WhatsApp message. So, Needless to take the speculations doing rounds seriously.
However, The possibility of delimitation of districts anytime soon can't be ruled it. Will it as per Parliament Constituencies or Population Ratio is a mystery for now.
