Ashok Gajapathi Raju invited the wrath of Jana Sena Chief and his Fans by daring to say he doesn't know who is Pawan Kalyan and didn't watch any of his movies too. Powerstar had given a befitting reply to the Former Union Minister is his bastion (Bobbili) itself during the Porata Yatra in Uttar Andhra.
In his recent interview, Ashok Gajapathi Raju offered clarity on the comments he made on Pawan Kalyan. 'When someone asked Me...I told I don't know who he is! I haven't watched many movies so far. The count is very less when it comes to Telugu Films. Could you believe I hadn't even seen NTR films. So, There is no possibility of myself watching Pawan's movies'.
Over campaigning in 2014 Polls, Ashok Gajapathi Raju told: 'Pawan Kalyan said he campaigned for Me. There isn't even once did we campaigned jointly in 2014'.
Clearly, Ashok Gajapathi Raju is trying to defend himself some how. He mayn't have watched PK's film but is it fair to say he doesn't even know him. If not for him, For who's victory did Pawan campaigned in Bobbili? Why did Chandrababu Naidu went all the way to Pawan's office/residence before 2014 Polls if he isn't a serious politician?
