War of word between Azharuddin and Anjan Kumar Yadav has exposed the group wars within the Telangana Congress. Azhar declaring his willingness to contest for Secunderabad Lok Sabha seat on Congress Ticket led to such a situation. Anjan Kumar Yadav who is aspiring for the same ticket asked Azhar to contest from Hyderabad Lok Sabha Constituency if he have guts. He even got ready to complain against the former cricketer to Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi.
Azharuddin offered a befitting reply to Anjan Kumar Yadav. He challenged the Former Secunderabad MP to defeat MIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi by contesting from Hyderabad Lok Sabha Constituency if he have guts.
Anjan Kumar Yadav has been the Congress candidate for Secunderabad in the past three elections. He has been staying in the Hyderabad Lok Sabha limits for the past three decades. Whereas, Azharuddin's official residence is in Secunderabad.
With tit-for-tat reply, Azhar showed what he is capable of doing if anybody comes in his way. He is no more the calm-going cricketer but a seasoned politician.
