Hindupur MLA Balakrishna declared that only his Brother-in-Law Chandrababu Naidu is capable of making the impossible happen. 'NTR's dream came true with the release of water from Gollapalli Reservoir. I'm blessed to represent Hindupur constituency as MLA,' he says.

On Friday, AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu released water from Gollapalli Reservoir in Penkonda mandal, Anantapur. Irrigation Minister Devineni Uma and few other public representatives were present for the programme. Priests performed rituals before the release of water from reservoir.
