Watch: Battle between Crocodile & Elephant!

A dramatic moment of life-and-death situation between a Crocodile and Elephant has been witnessed at the Liwonde National Park in Malawi.

While an Elephant was drinking at a lake, All of a sudden Crocodile caught the trunk of the big creature. Then, The Elephant shook its trunk back and forth only to free itself from the shakles of reptile. Another Elephant came to the rescue of its companion, forcing the Crocodile to go back into the lake.

Bio-medical Scientist Alexander Makanga captured the confrontation of Elephant and Crocodile from a boat in the river. He shared the footage on Youtube and it's going viral since then. 'It was only after finishing the recording, I realized the seriousness of the situation. This insane incident happened at a distance of few metres from the boat,' he says while recalling the experience.
