Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu declared that TDP will go for elections after the completion of 19 lakh houses in Andhra Pradesh. 'We took the responsibility to fulfill the dream of common man. While 13,66,557 houses will be constructed in Rural Areas, 5,39,286 houses will be coming up in Urban Areas. TDP Government is spending Rs 56,000 crore for the housing scheme,' he informed.
Babu asked MLAs to focus more on the implementation of Housing Scheme and be in touch with the beneficiaries as TDP will go polls after accomplishing this mission. He seems to be using the Housing Scheme for creating a wave in favour of TDP during 2019 Polls.
CM informed that Rs 10,000 will be sanctioned per house for all Below-Poverty Line (BPL) Families for the sake of repairs. He gave an assurance on taking care of irregularities in the housing scheme.
TDP Government declares 17 to 25 lakh house sites would be regularized in the state.
