Car Driver issued Challan for lack of Helmet

Have you ever heard of fine imposed on a Four Wheeler Rider for not wearing helmet? Such strange things have been happening after the introduction of 12 points rule.
K Ramalingam, a resident of Karmanghat area, owns Maruthi Alto car (TS08UA 7094). An e-challan was issued to him on the grounds of not wearing helmet while riding the four wheeler.
Upon enquiring, Ramalingam came to know that a two-wheeler rider has been using his car number for his Honda Activa against the norms. He appealed Traffic Authorities to take action against the two-wheeler rider and sought withdrawal of challan issued to him.
After the introduction of points system, Traffic Violators have found new ways to escape from getting their licenses cancelled. People need to be cautious about such cheaters.
