Can't Sanction Visakha Railway Zone: Centre

Centre has already deprived AP of Special Category Status citing unconvincing reasons. Andhrites have been fuming at BJP for disrespecting their sentiments. Adding fuel to the fire, Central Government has now declared it can't even grant Railway Zone to AP.
As per media reports, Union Home Ministry had on Monday evening informed AP Chief Secretary Dinesh Kumar that Railway Zone can't be allotted.
AP BJP Leaders kept saying Centre will extend all the benefits of Special Status through Special Package and full the promises of AP Reorganization Act 2014. Then, How could it backtrack on Visakha Railway Zone?
