CBN Transformed Hyd Into IT Hub: KTR

Seems like, IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao finds no harm in praising AP CM Chandrababu Naidu after the Telangana TDP became almost empty.
While talking in the annual event of Tech Mahindra, KTR gave the credit for transformation of Hyderabad into IT Hub to Chandrababu Naidu. He didn't mind admitting several IT Giants such as Google and Microsoft have established their branches in Hyderabad during Naidu's tenure as CM of United AP. 'I am confident that Chandrababu Naidu will develop Amaravati into a world-class capital,' he said.
The recent comments made by KTR are completely contrast to what he had said every time TDP claimed credit for placing Hyderabad on World Map. He used to say the economic reforms brought by then PM PV Narasimha Rao in the 90s were the reason behind IT Growth in Hyderabad and Babu has done nothing special. What made KTR take the sudden U-Turn?
