CBN exposes Minor Victim's Identity

AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu revealed the identity of a minor girl who was kidnapped and held as a captive for over 50 days by an Ex-Serviceman. The TDP Supremo shared the photograph of the victim on his official Twitter handle after offering financial aid to her family. He also disclosed the name of the Minor Girl in the Tweet.
As per POSCO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act), Identity of a Minor Victim shouldn't be revealed and anybody who does it is liable to punishment. An FIR was registered under Sections 376 (rape), 376 (i) and POSCO in connection with this case.
Upon realizing his fault, Chandrababu Naidu has deleted the Tweet. However, That didn't stop Netizens from taking potshots at the AP CM.
Opposition Parties might use this blunder as a weapon to target Chandrababu Naidu. How will Babu defend his actions?
