Seems like, Cash-for-Vote Case is gonna continue to haunt AP Chandrababu Naidu. The unexpected turn in this sensational case would certainly irk the TDP Supremo.

Jerusalem Mathaiah who is Accused No.4 in the Cash-for-Vote case wrote a letter to Supreme Court Chief Justice expressing his willingness to turn Approver. 'I had no role in the Cash-for-Vote scandal. Went to meet TRS Nominated MLA Stephenson only to discuss about Christianity-related issues. TDP and TRS kept troubling Me. I was even issued death threats. AP and Telangana Governments have been indulging in unethical practices. They are trying to get rid of Me to hid their flaws. AP Government cooperated when the case was in High Court. But, I was denied any information since Supreme Court took up the case. That's why I moved petition seeking consent for appearing as Party In-Person. I will reveal all that I knew to the court. Cash-for-Vote and Phone Tapping Cases should be handed over to CBI, only then the secrets will get exposed,' he wrote in the letter.

TDP was accused of offering Rs 5 crore bribe to TRS Nominated MLA Stephenson for cross-voting in MLC Elections. Revanth Reddy was caught red handed offering Rs 50 lakh advance to the Ruling Party MLC. Even Chandrababu Naidu's voice was clearly heard in the phone conversation with Stephenson. AP CM was heard saying, 'Manavallu Briefed Me…Go Ahead'. This case is currently pending in Supreme Court.
