Babu - When will you start Capital construction?

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu disapproved the designs provided by Norman Foster for Amaravati's iconic structures. 'Making Amaravati a world-class city is my dream. I won't compromise on the designs though it's a bit time consuming process,' he said.
Babu directed Norman Foster Team to prepare fresh designs by October end. CRDA Team will be touring UK along with Tollywood filmmaker SS Rajamouli for monitoring the work and making necessary suggestions.
There are allegations that AP Government is deliberately delaying the construction of the capital due to lack of funds. The core capital willn't be ready by the time of 2019 Polls even if the works start immediately. Selling capital lands to foreign companies/investors before 2019 Polls might prove costly for the Ruling Party. Hence, The Government might be dilly dallying the whole process. If preparation of designs itself takes nearly 4 years, When we will be able to see a World-class Capital in AP?
