Know Who Will Win Award For Changing Political Partners?

If there is an award for changing alliance partners, the award should definitely go to AP chief minister Chandrababu Naidu. No one changed partners like he did. His political promiscuity is legendary. She has changed partners like he changes his dresses.

After stabbing his father-in-law and TDP founder NTR in the back, Chandrababu has never contested elections alone. In every election, he roped in some alliance partner or the other. He had come to power using these friends and dumped most of them once the job is over. If anyone remained with him, he left them completely weak and powerless.

In 1996 Lok Sabha elections, Chandrababu Naidu had alliance with the Left Parties. The same alliance continued in 1998 elections too. But, when he found that there was a ground swell of support to Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the BJP after the Kargil war, he dumped the Left and embraced the BJP. In 2004, he fought the assembly and Lok Sabha elections in association with the BJP. But, he was defeated in the polls. Chandrababu then suddenly discovered that the BJP was communal and dumped it. In 2009, he formed Maha Kutami with his current enemy KCR and the Left parties. He was again defeated by the Congress. So, he dumped the TRS and the Left. By 2014, he realized that there was Modi wave sweeping through the country. So, he went out of the way to befriend Modi. He also managed to get Jana Sena on board. This combo had helped him come to power after ten years. Now, he has dumped both the BJP and Jana Sena. Now, the latest is that he would embrace his rival of 25 years, the Congress. How long will he stay with the Congress? Well! No one knows!!
