Can you at least operate Mobile?: CBN asks MLAs

The 2-days Work Shop organized by AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for party Ministers, MLAs, MLCs and District Presidents at the A-Convention in Vijayawada was unsuccessful in meeting the expectations.
After concluding his speech, Chandrababu Naidu inquired how many of the TDP Lawmakers have bought their Tablets with them. To his shock, Only half of the gathering raised their hands.
Then, TDP Supremo asked how many of the Leaders knew operating tabs. Several MLAs haven't raised their hands and they are honest to be frank. That's when, Babu questioned whether the party leaders at least knew how to operate cell phones. In reply, Partymen claimed they are experts at handling smartphones. CM then asked, 'Why can't you operate tabs if you can handle cell phones?
Thereafter, An Examination based on Personality Development has been attended by the TDP Leaders. Though its a simple test, Party Leaders found it utmost difficult to answer the questionnaire. One of the Ministers who was so tensed got someone to read the question paper before answering.
