Chiranjeevi Reminding Emperor Nero

The way Chiranjeevi has been behaving currently reminds us of the popular phrase 'Nero Fiddled While Rome Burned'.

In the AD 64, Severe devastation took place in Rome for six days and 70 percent of the city was completely destroyed. Half of the population were left homeless. Then, Rome's Emperor Nero who was least bothered about the ravaging fire spent time with a violin.

Chiranjeevi stayed away from active politics after bifurcation of United AP. He didn't even campaign for Congress Party in 2014 Polls & shifted his focus completely towards films though his Rajya Sabha Membership lasted until April first week this year. He had sought leave from Rajya Sabha citing personal reasons until now. Chiru was found missing in the Upper House even when the protests were staged by other AP MPs for Special Status. But, He found time to attend the audio launch of 'Rangasthalam' at Visakha on Sunday.

Megastar might have realized politics isn't his cup of tea after receiving back-to-back setbacks. At least, He should have demanded Special Status through media as a son of the soil.
