Days after receiving a warning for low attendance, A Class 12 Student allegedly opened fire on his School Principal inside her office at Yamunanagar in Haryana on Saturday.
The Teen Boy reached Swami Vivekananda Public School when Parent-Teacher Meeting was happening at around 10.30 am. While one bullet pierced her face, two bullets hit her chest. The 46-Year-Old breathed her last while undergoing treatment in a hospital at around 2 pm.
When the 18-Year-Old who shot his Principal tried to escape, Guards and Parents who had come for the meeting nabbed him and handed over him to the police.
Yamunanagar SP says, The Boy was poor in studies and he was punished by the Principal for low marks. He was even warned thrice for low attendance which ruins the possibility of attending exams. He hadn't attended school for the past four days. The Teenager told he was tortured by the Principal when asked why he committed the crime. He was charged with murder. Even his Father who is a businessman was arrested and charged under the arms act.
