D Suresh Babu's Suspension as President

A City Civil Court in Hyderabad ordered suspension of the D Suresh Babu's election as AP Film Chamber of Commerce on grounds of non payment of Common Good Fund and a pending case against him by Competitive Commission of India (CCI).
As the reports appeared in media, Film Chamber has issued a clarification on the D Suresh Babu's suspension as its President. The film body terms the two issues as incorrect saying Common Good Fund (Rs 1,460) was paid by individuals and the penalty of Rs 12,89,735 was imposed by CCI on Chamber not D Suresh Babu.
Film Chamber even points out the appeal it made against CCL order and return back of the amount it paid.
