DU Student accuses Mother of Sexual Abuse

A Student of prestigious Delhi University has moved a Delhi court alleging her mother of sexually assaulting her multiple times. A complaint was filed by the victim under Section 12 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

In her complaint, Prerna mentioned that she was subjected to cruelty and sexual harassment at the hands of her mother. She alleged mental and physical torture since childhood. Her mother would grope her and touch her private parts, which is a proof of her perverted mindset.

Prerna's Parents used to lock her up for days during her schooling days and never allowed her to go out with friends. Even she was restricted from taking part in school and college activities.

Narrating an incident of sexual harassment, Prerna reveals that her mother had entered her room one morning when she was sleeping and groped her. When she began resisting the indecent act and pushed her away, The elderly woman told to her daughter that she shouldn't resist and accused her of having sexual intercourse with men.
