Did KCR Fix Muhurat For Cabinet Expansion?

Finally, Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao seems to have finalized the date for Cabinet Expansion. Buzz is that TRS Supremo will induct 8 to 10 Members into his cabinet on February 10th, which marks the auspicious Vasantha Panchami.
If that happens, KCR sets a record of having a full-fledged cabinet over 2 months after forming the government. No other Chief Minister in the country might have dared to do so. Such is the strong hold KCR have on the TRS Party and Government.
Harish Rao, Etela Rajendar and Padma Devendar Goud will be receiving Cabinet Berths in the First Phase itself. For now, Ministerial Berth for KTR looks doubtful as his focus would be mainly on winning 16 Lok Sabha Seats.
About 6 to 8 Members could be inducted into the TRS Cabinet in the second phase of Cabinet Expansion expected to happen after 2019 Lok Sabha Polls.
