One thing that stays in the memory of those who had watched 'Bharat Ane Nenu' is the way Mahesh Babu, who essayed the role of CM, stressed on 'Antahkarana Shuddhi'. At the public meeting organised on the eve of Jana Sena Kavathu, Pawan Kalyan claimed, 'Nenu Ae Pani Chesina Trikharana Shuddhi Tho Chesthanu'. This statement reminded many people about the famous quote in the Mahesh-starrer.
Pawan Kalyan revealed most of his relatives aren't crorepatis but workers dependent on small stalls for their livelihood. He projected himself as the one who wouldn't indulge in conspiracies for the sake of political aspirations.
On the allegation that Modi is behind him and hence he isn't condemning IT Raids on TDP Leaders, Jana Sena Chief shot back, 'I differed with my own brother…why would I spare anyone else? At the same time, I won't be making indecent comments. Why should I find fault with IT Department as if raids hadn't happened before?'.
PK clarified he isn't maintaining distance from Kapus but treating all the castes, religions and regions equally. He claimed Jana Sena strives for Kapu Reservations citing his community was in BC Category during the British Rule. 'Just alike backwardness of Muslim Minorities, I am speaking about Kapus. I haven't born taking permission in which caste I should be. I would speak in the same manner irrespective of my caste,' he asserted.
