Don't Have Jaya's Biological Samples: Apollo

Apollo Hospitals Management informed Madras High Court that it doesn't have the biological samples of former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa in its possession. The Corporate Hospital brought this matter to the notice of HC in reply to a query raised by Justice S Vaidyanathan in connection with case related to Jayalalithaa's heir.
Bengaluru-based Amrutha claimed to have come to know from her relatives that she is the biological daughter of Jayalalithaa. When Supreme Court was approached by her, The Apex Court directed her to come to it only if she isn't satisfied with the High Court verdict. Then, She moved a plea seeking order for DNA Test to prove what's been claimed by her is truth.
Jayalalithaa's niece Deepa and nephew Deepak firmly opposed the claims of Amrutha during the hearing. Even AIADMK Government informed High Court that there is no evidence to prove Amrutha's claim that she had met Amma at her Poes Garden residence. Next hearing of the case has been posted to June 4th.
