EVM Tampering In Gajwel! Really?

Gajwel Congress Candidate Vanteru Prathap Reddy demanded that VVPAT Slips has to be tallied with the votes polled in the EVMs in his constituency. 'EVMs can be tampered but not VVPAT Slips. Result should be announced only after counting both. I am ready to bear all the expenses,' he told.
Prathap Reddy believes there is a possibility of Ruling Party tampering EVMs. He claims to have obtained permission from District Election Officer and Police Commissioner to guard the Strong Room where the EVMs have been placed.
The Congress Candidate claimed to be confident that high voting percentage in Gajwel would benefit him. He went on to say Telanganites will get freedom on December 11th.
Generally, Parties which are on the losing side complain about EVM Tampering. Seems like, Congress Leaders has reached a conclusion that they will face defeat even before the counting began.
Today, KTR declared his Father KCR will win with over 75,000 votes majority in Gajwel. He is confident of TRS retaining power by winning 100-plus seats.
