Errabelli's shocking letter on migration

Telugudesam cadres in Telangana are for utter shock as party's incumbent floor leader Errabelli Dayakara Rao has migrated to ruling TRS other day. Now that Revanth Reddy is made floor leader and TDP is trying to strengthen again, Errabelli's letter to T-speaker stuns all.
Including Errabelli, Prakash Goud and Rajender Reddy, nearly 10 MLAs have taken the path of exodus to TRS, making a point that nearly 2/3s of TDP MLAS (10 out 15) have moved into the ruling part. That gives them a special chance to change the party itself under 10th Schedule of Constitution, without going for bye-election. Errabelli has today wrote the same in his letter to T-speaker and requested to legalise their migration.
Seems like the victory flag will be waved on Errabelli's side in case if speaker considers his request is technically valid.
