KCR is unlike other Chief Ministers in the country. He have the knack of surprising everyone with his unexpected moves. When it comes to the cabinet expansion, KCR preferred to have 6 first-timers in his Team. While some of the Seniors were denied cabinet berths, Few other Seniors received less prominent portfolios.
Errabelli Dayakar Rao is one of the first timers in TRS Cabinet. This Six Time MLA was allocated Panchayat Raj, Rural Development and Rural Water Supply Portfolios. Needless to say that there are no words to describe the happiness of this Senior Legislator.
An emotional Errabelli told, 'Many people cheated Me but CM KCR gave a huge responsibility. I served as MLA for 25 years in my 35 years of political career. Never been before I was so happy'.
KCR identified those Leaders who will remain loyal to him forever if he offers them cabinet berth. An experiment done by the TRS Supremo has been yielding good results already.
