SC Verdict: Few Options left before Sasikala!

Supreme Court put an end to the 21-Year-Old by holding VK Sasikala Natarajan guilty of corruption to the tune of Rs 66 crore. What were the options left before Chinnamma after the conviction?
1) Sasikala can movie a review petition within 30 Days. Of course, It doesn't guarantee any oral arguments but a review can be possible only there in any error in the record. In this case, Chances of accepting the review petition look bleak.
2) If the review petition wasn't admitted, Sasikala might prefer filing a curative petition complaining natural justice has been violated.
3) Sasikala can seek probation under the Probation of Offenders Act, 1958 and improve prospects of rehabilitation with good conduct.
Following the verdict, Karnataka DGP told state police has no role to play as the Case was investigated by ACB. He says Tamil Nadu Home department need to take a call on Sasikala's arrest. He also informed Prison Department will take charge if Sasikala surrenders before trial court.

AIADMK MLAs backing Sasikala Natarajan refuse to leave the Golden Bay resort until Governor calls them to form the Government. Don't be surprised if the resort becomes a favorite tourist destination in Tamil Nadu.
