GST Raids On Top Telugu Producers

Income Tax Sleuths have conducted raids at the offices of close to 10 Telugu Producers on Wednesday. This include D Suresh Babu (Suresh Productions), Dil Raju (Sri Venkateswara Creations), S Radhakrishna (Haarika & Hassine Creations), DVV Danayya (DVV Entertainments), Sharrath Marar (NorthStar Entertainment), Anand Prasad (Bhavya Creations) and C Kalyan (CK Entertainments).
Reportedly, IT Officials have checked whether or not these Tollywood Producers have been complying with the newly introduced Goods & Service Tax (GST). TDS Records of the Production Houses have been checked thoroughly.
The unexpected Raids on the Offices of Top Producers at once have shocked Telugu Film Industry as most of the big budget films were produced by them. Whether it's a routine exercise or acted on a tip off isn't known yet. More details about the raids are awaited.
