Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi described the Goods & Services Tax as Gabbar Singh Tax which ruined India's economy. He demanded Narendra Modi to respond on the allegations of undue favors received from banks by BJP Chief Amit Shah's son Jay Shah.

Rahul Gandhi accused PM Modi of attacking the whole country with one stroke, scrapping 86 percent of currency in the form of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes on November 8th. 'For the first few days, Modi had no clue what happened and he announced in a Mumbai concert - I have done this!. After 5-6 days, He realized his mistake. And again, He appeared on TV to say hang Me if I don't end black money menace by Dec 30th,' he alleged.

Mr.Gandhi asked the farmers in the gathering whether they buy seeds and fertilizers from mobile phones and using cheques. The response from the crowd was 'NO'! 'After destroying economy with Demonetisation, He launched GST. Actually, UPA contemplated on introducing GST with a single tax of 18 percent across the nation and less forms to fill. Whereas, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley proposed four tax slabs. There is 28 percent tax slab with three return forms. This has turned out to be a Gabbar Singh Tax,' opined the Congress Leader.

Targeting the 'Make in India' slogan, Rahul mocked the NDA Government pointing out the domination of Chinese goods in the Indian market.

Responding on the Rs 1 crore bribe offered by BJP to lure Hardik Patel's aide, Gandhi opined the voice of Gujarat can't be suppressed even if India's total budget was offered as bribe.
