AP & Telangana Joint Governor ESL Narasimhan has got a style of his own. He is unlike any of the other Governors in the country and the only one to maintain good relations with any Government which is in power at the centre. This is why NDA Government continued him as Governor though his appointment happened during UPA regime.

Once in a while, ESL Narasimhan doesn't mind heaping praises/criticizing on Chief Ministers of Telugu States and State Governments. Even the Telugu CMs treat the complaints from the Governor more like a suggestion.

Governor Narasimhan has shell shocked Hyderabad Metro Rail Officials by reaching Begumpet Metro Rail Station from Raj Bhavan along with his Wife without prior information. Just alike any other common man, The Couple purchased the ticket and got into Metro Rail at Begumpet. Upon reaching Ameerpet, They shifted to another platform to reach Miyapur.

By the time Governor reached Miyapur, Metro MD NVS Reddy reached the destination to receive him. He invited the couple to have a look at the facilities in Miyapur Station. Later, Various concepts outside Miyapur Station were explained to them. Governor & his Wife enjoyed the Metro Ride and felt happy with the facilities arranged.
