Maha Alliance in 2019?
X
The massive victory of Samajwadi Party against BJP in the recent by-election to two Parliament Segments in Uttar Pradesh gives scope for every possibility of Maha Alliance in 2019. Talks have been continuing between the Leaders of Opposition Parties since the announcement of by-poll results in UP and Bihar.

Just hours after the UP by-poll results were announced, Congress President Rahul Gandhi spoke with NCP Chief Sharad Pawar. On March 28th, Prince will be meeting TMC Supremo Mamata Banerjee in New Delhi to seek her support. Rahul extended olive branch to Mayawati-led BSP by heaping praises on her party founder Kanshiram.

Jammu Kashmir former CM Farooq Abdullah declared Maha Alliance is getting ready & it's gonna bring a vast change. CPI Leader D Raja opined UP, Bihar by-poll results will bring together the like-minded parties.

Arch-rivals SP and BSP joined hands for by-polls in Gorakhpur and Phulpur Lok Sabha Constituencies. The results has stunned BJP and boosted the confidence of Anti-Modi Forces in the country. It sent an indication to all the Opposition Parties that collective fight is required to defeat Narendra Modi-led BJP. BJP will have a touch time ahead If majority of the Opposition Parties come together to form Maha Alliance.
