BJP has been trying to capitalize on the brand image of Prime Minister Narendra Modi whenever elections happen. A similar strategy could be adopted for upcoming Gujarat Assembly Polls as well.

Narendra Modi is banking on his road shows to reach out to the voters of Gujarat. Last Sunday, There is tremendous response for his road show in his native place Vadnagar. In the past six months, Modi has conducted four road shows in Gujarat.

On the other hand, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi is conducting rallies in Gujarat. He questioned, 'What happened to development in Gujarat? In the name of development, BJP Leaders were speaking lies and behaving abnormal'.

Congress Party criticized the development model of NDA Government. Failure of Note Ban, Loopholes in GST, Unemployment and Farmers Issues have highlighted. Corruption allegations against Amit Shah's son Jay Shah have been irking BJP. During the recent BJP Parliamentary Party Meeting, Modi claimed he acts like a watchman to curb corruption. Citing Jay Shah's issue, Rahul asked, 'What is that watchman doing now?'.
