AAP ( Aam Aadmi Party) founder and Delhi Chief Minister, Aravind Kejriwal did set up another new record low.
His own party MLA, Kapil Mishra, who has been expelled from party, decided to go to Court about Kejriwal not attending the Assembly for even 10% of the session days.
Kapil Mishra, moved a petition in Delhi High Court and the Court took it for examination.
Previously, Kapil Mishra has said to have been beaten up by his own party members in the Assembly for talking against Aravind Kejriwal.
Kapil said that he will stay in the party and will fights against Kejriwal. He also allerged that he saw Kejriwal taking Rs. 2 crores bribe from Satyendra Jain in Water Tanker scam.
Well, he is asking the court to penalise Delhi CM for his absence from Assembly sessions and he also promised that he will not stop until he cleans the Aam Aadmi Party from corruption.
