Planning Monorail in IT Corridor: KTR

Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao informed about the proposal to bring Monorail in the IT Corridor is under consideration.
On Monday, KTR inaugurated CBRE Corporate Office, meant for Real Estate and Financial Services, in Rayadurgam Knowledge City. 'For Public Transportation, We are bringing advanced mass transportation facilities such as Metro Rail. Response for Hyd Metro has been terrific. Over 1 lakh people has been travelling in Metro Rail daily. The next phase of Metro Rail will be completed by the end of 2018. This could attract a lot of investors. There is scope for development in Hyderabad East. Industrialists and Entrepreneurs need to focus on Uppal and Aadibatla. There is huge demand for Office Space in Hyderabad. In Office Space, The demand has doubled when compared to what it was in 2015. Hyderabad is much safer than Delhi, Bengaluru and Chennai. Geographically, Hyderabad is the best city in the World,' he declares.
The Minister announced that a huge Pharma Cluster is coming up in 19,000 acres. He claimed the Industrial Policy attracted a lot of investments, which eventually create direct and indirect employment to thousands of Youth.
