I Might Be CM's Son But I Have Proven Myself!

K Taraka Rama Rao differed with the statement that he got to be TRS Working President only because he is KCR's Son. He maintained, 'Being anybody's Son or Daughter can just be an entry pass, ultimately one has to prove their mettle to gain acceptance. I was appointed as Working President based on my productive work since I joined the Telangana Movement, be it 99 seats TRS won in GHMC Polls or 18 MLA Seats in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy Districts'.
The Former Minister set himself a target of 16 MP Seats for TRS in 2019 Lok Sabha Polls. He rubbished the speculations of his elevation as Chief Minister soon after TRS retains power. 'KCR can play an instrumental role in National Politics from Hyderabad itself. TDP emerged as Second Largest Party in Lok Sabha during NTR regime. Then, NTR played a key role in national politics while continuing as CM of United AP,' he told.
KTR predicted TDP will become irrelevant in both AP and at the National Level after 2019 Lok Sabha Polls. He told Federal Front proposed by KCR will unite the nation.
The TRS Leader recalled negative articles published by few media houses against KCR and Party Candidates. He questioned, 'Why did they won with a huge majority if the media reports are true? Few Media Houses didn't bother to offer respect a CM deserves while reporting the harsh comments made by political opponents. At the same time, Comments made by us were blown out of proportion. Kids are watching TVs, imagine what kind of opinion they develop on politicians'.
