Kulbhushan Execution Stayed: Ind win, Pak lose!

India can claim the moral victory after the International Court of Justice (ICJ) Today stayed the execution of Indian nation Kulbhushan Jadhav. The ICJ directed Pakistan to take all the necessary measures to implement its order without fail until it delivers the final verdict.
The Tri-Color Nation moved ICJ last week after Pakistan Military Court awarded death penalty for Kulbhushan Jadhav alleging it's a violation of Article 36 of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations. Though the International Court of Justice has imposed a stay on death penalty, The fate of Kulbhushan Jadhav remains in the hands of Pakistan Generals.
Pakistan Army is in a tricky situation now. Whether it would go ahead with execution against the international court order or face the anger of Pakistanis by calling off execution?
In 2008, US Supreme Court gave it's consent for execution of prisoners citing orders of International Court can't prevail over Domestic Law. Even Pakistan SC might opt for the same route now if the case comes to its notice.
